125 sq meters office for a marketing agency based in Bristol. The brief for this project was to create a working space for the Bristol-based marketing agency - Wonderland Communications - that embodied their brand and promoted a culture of participation and engagement.
They are a fully formed team of young, talented PR experts who are "bold, straight-talking talking and problem solvers" with incredible clients such as Heinz, Chilly's and Brabantia.
We defined the following areas within the 150 sq/m space:
Main working space (open but dividable using a curtain), including a kitchen
One closed meeting room
Two WC's (one fully accessible)
Two storage areas
The proposed site plan (an empty unit by the Bristol harbour) focused on welcoming open areas for collaborative work, maximising daylight use and soft, flowing lines.
Vibrant colours were limited exclusively to circulation or ideas-generating spaces, whereas we designed purposefully minimal to aid focused work.
