Nicholas Daley - return to slygo

NOW Gallery selected Nicholas Daley, as its 2021 Fashion Commission. The fully immersive exhibition, 'Return To Slygo' celebrates the coming together of Nicholas’s multicultural Jamaican-Scottish roots with his passion for music in a multi-sensory installation.

We worked closely with Nicholas to interpret his vision, bringing together a skilled team to shape and deliver an immersive installation. The project brought together archival materials - carefully displayed alongside newly commissioned works - to create a layered and engaging environment. Alongside the overall exhibition design, we developed graphic elements across both interior and exterior spaces and introduced a table display using plastic crates as a simple, adaptable system. We also produced the 3D visuals and guided the planning of the flag suspension, ensuring everything came together as a cohesive whole.
