Origin Kicks Store

Following the successful launch of two Manchester stores within four years, the brand approached us to design a temporary retail space at Westfield London. Targeting a young and style-conscious customer base, we created a bold yet refined interior centred on a series of dark red modular display units with integrated lighting, running continuously along the left-hand wall of the store.

Working within the constraints of a temporary retail environment, we deliberately minimised the architectural intervention, retaining the existing ceiling and lighting infrastructure while using colour and carefully considered display elements to establish a strong brand identity. All display units were designed as modular components, allowing them to be easily relocated and repurposed for future stores and events.

Each display incorporates lockable compartments for premium products and inset mirrors that enhance both functionality and the customer experience. The design palette was intentionally restrained, allowing the footwear to take centre stage against a rich monochromatic backdrop. Cork risers were introduced throughout the displays to elevate selected products, adding depth and visual interest.

To complement the bespoke joinery, we incorporated an extruded aluminium modular shelving system with glass shelves along the opposite wall, creating a light and flexible display solution that balanced the warmth and solidity of the feature units.
