A quick-turnaround renovation designed to elevate the feel and value of the property ahead of sale.

Within a two-month programme, we carried out a full refurbishment of the flat, including a complete kitchen redesign, new flooring throughout, and a playful, warm palette across all rooms. The focus was on clarity and consistency - making the space feel well resolved, easy to read, and ready to move into.

Alongside the flat itself, we also upgraded the building’s communal areas, introducing new carpeting, improved lighting, and exterior works to enhance the overall arrival and first impression.
